What You'll Do

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Director of Client Success to lead our Client Success team in delivering measurable value, improving retention, and growing revenue across our client base. In this role, you'll coach and develop a team of Client Success professionals while driving proactive engagement, consultative upselling, and client advocacy. The ideal candidate combines strong team leadership with a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Client Success team, including performance management, training, and career development
  • Own the strategy and execution for client retention, account health, and recurring revenue growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance the client experience
  • Act as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts and client escalations
  • Implement reporting and KPIs to track team performance, retention rates, upsell opportunities, and client satisfaction
  • Lead the creation and execution of a client save strategy for at-risk or canceling accounts

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of client success, account management, or customer engagement experience, including team leadership
  • Proven track record of improving client retention and expanding account revenue
  • Strong team leadership skills with experience coaching and developing individuals
  • Confidence leading ROI-based client conversations and driving strategic renewals
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights
  • Experience in SaaS, automotive, or digital media/marketing industries preferred
