Marketing at Crunchbase

As an Events Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various marketing events to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills. Yhis individual contributor role is perfect for someone passionate about product marketing and eager to make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and execute a diverse range of events including conferences, webinars, and networking dinners
Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timeline creation.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and customer support) to ensure alignment and support for events
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and content creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and event collateral.
Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights to improve future events.
Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during events, providing swift and effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record of managing successful events from concept to completion.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Google Office Suite and other marketing software tools
4+ years of experience in event planning and marketing preferably within the B2B Saas industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel will be required 25% of the time.

Salary Range

$100,119.80—$117,788 USD
