ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Company Data to lead our company data strategy and execution, focusing on delivering our next generation company/account data creation pipeline. In this role, you'll own end-to-end product strategy for company data that serves millions of users and drives billions in revenue, working at the intersection of data science, large-scale data processing, and customer-facing experiences.

The Principal PM, Company Data will define multi-year vision while delivering measurable improvements month-over-month. This role is critical to maintaining ZoomInfo's competitive advantage in company intelligence by continuously raising the bar on data quality, coverage, and customer value.

What You'll Do (Essential Functions)

  • Own end-to-end product strategy for company data, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that improve company data quality, expand coverage, or unlock new customer use cases
  • Drive new data source integration for company attributes, including evaluation, negotiation, and productization of 3rd party partnerships
  • Build scalable frameworks for company data enhancement, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement including resolution of critical data quality issues
  • Define and track metrics that measure company data coverage, accuracy, freshness, and customer adoption
  • Partner with engineering and data science to solve complex technical problems in company matching, hierarchies, entity resolution, and data pipelines
  • Lead product discovery initiatives using customer interviews and data analysis to uncover true customer pain points beyond surface-level feedback
  • Create comprehensive documentation, enablement materials, and objection handling frameworks that enable internal and customer-facing teams to understand and communicate company data value
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives, partnering with product marketing and sales to position, message, and monetize company data improvements

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4+ years focused on data products, data platforms, or data-intensive B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful data products that improve quality, expand coverage, or unlock new use cases
  • Deep technical understanding of data pipelines, data quality frameworks, entity resolution, data modeling, and/or machine learning applications
  • Strong understanding of company data, firmographics, hierarchies, and business intelligence domains
  • Cross-functional leadership with proven ability to influence engineering, data science, operations, and GTM teams without formal authority
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to independently define metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and develop comprehensive documentation
  • B2B SaaS experience, preferably in enterprise data products, APIs, or data-as-a-service offerings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in data science, engineering, or analytics prior to product management
  • Experience in high-scale data processing environments (billions of records, complex entity resolution)
  • Familiarity with DaaS platforms, data marketplaces, customer enablement, or technical documentation
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their product implications

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
