About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing & ABM, the Senior Field Marketing Manager is a strategic marketing leader and AI-forward practitioner with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in their assigned segment. This role sits at the intersection of marketing innovation and sales enablement, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and data-driven insights to create high-impact, personalized experiences that accelerate pipeline and close deals faster.

You'll collaborate closely with sales, business development teams, and ABM Managers to develop and execute integrated field marketing programs that create urgency, shorten sales cycles, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Success in this role requires deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, ABM best practices, AI-powered marketing technologies, and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution: Lead the strategy and execution of comprehensive integrated marketing plans for your assigned segment, including budget management, goal-setting, and KPI tracking to achieve pipeline quantity, quality, velocity, win rates, and ROMI. • Partner Closely with Sales: Be the dedicated POC for your assigned segment, work hand-in-hand with segment sales leaders, account executives, BDRs to identify priorities and develop strategic marketing programs that support account plans and drive pipeline generation.
  • Execute High-Impact Online and Offline Activations: Plan and execute memorable experiences including local conferences, executive roundtables, luncheons/dinners, webinars, direct mail, e-gifting, and proprietary events. Own all aspects of activation logistics—venue selection, communications, speaker management, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with ABM Managers, events, demand generation, marketing operations, and creative teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness. Share best practices, evangelize AI-powered workflows, and contribute to the overall success of marketing and sales partnerships.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insightful reports to sales and marketing leadership. Leverage AI-powered attribution modeling, sentiment analysis, and predictive insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with a minimum of 4 years in field marketing for a high-tech or SaaS company. Proven success developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for marketing applications including generative AI for content creation, predictive analytics for targeting and scoring, and AI-powered personalization at scale.
  • Deep understanding of ABM principles and best practices. Proven ability to partner with ABM teams to execute integrated programs that combine field marketing scale with account-level personalization and strategic thinking with AI-enabled execution.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. Comfort working with AI-generated insights and translating data into recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven track record building strong relationships with sales leaders, ABM teams, and cross-functional partners. Experience articulating the value of AI-powered marketing initiatives to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Track record of using AI and automation to increase productivity and scale impact.
  • Experience using MarTech such as Marketo, Zoom Webinars, Outreach, Salesforce, Splashthat, Reachdesk
