About the Role
The Manager, Contract Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the US-based contracts administration function, ensuring efficient and compliant management of contractual agreements from initiation through close-out. This role will lead a team of Contracts Administrators, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure the team consistently meets departmental goals and organizational objectives. The Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing contracts administration policies and procedures, optimizing workflows, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Contracts Administrators and a Contracts Administration Team Lead, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify professional development opportunities for team members.
- Manage workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective contract processing.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, internal negotiation support, execution, administration, and close-out, ensuring all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for complex contract issues and provide expert guidance to the team and internal stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and maintain contracts administration procedures, best practices, and templates, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for team operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders with legal, finance, sales, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless contract processes and effective communication.
- Generate regular reports on contract status, key metrics, and compliance, analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding contract performance and risk mitigation.
- Other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts administration, with prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with team members in other countries.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
$77,850- $87,050 USD
