We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented Website Data Analyst to join our Marketing Growth team and contribute to ZoomInfo’s marketing organization through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
As a Website Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Website Product Managers and members of the marketing analytics, SEO, and product growth teams to uncover user behavior patterns, optimize the on-site experience, and drive measurable impact on engagement and conversion. You’ll play a key role in transforming how ZoomInfo understands and improves the performance of its corporate website.
What does a Website Data Analyst at ZoomInfo do?
As a Website Data Analyst at ZoomInfo, you’ll transform complex website data into clear, actionable insights that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
This role focuses on on-site analytics, conversion optimization, and user journey improvements - not paid campaign analysis.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with Website Product Managers, Marketing oops and cross-functional stakeholders to leverage data for strategic decision-making and continuous website optimization.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau that monitor website KPIs, traffic sources, and conversion funnels - ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze the user journey within the website to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate A/B tests conducted on the website to measure the impact of UX, messaging, and layout changes, ensuring statistical significance. .
- Collaborate with the SEO and web operations teams to build and monitor the top of the funnel in Google Analytics (GA4).
- Develop and execute strategies to drive top-of-funnel traffic and increase conversion to organic MQLs.
- Communicate findings and actionable recommendations clearly to stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
What you bring:
- 4+ years of experience as a data or business analyst, Conversion rate optimization specialist (CRO), preferably in a B2B SaaS or web analytics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (advantage).
- Strong SQL skills - required; Python experience is a plus.
- Proven experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau - required.
- Google Analytics (GA4) expertise - required.
- Experience leveraging AI or machine-learning-powered analytics tools (e.g., predictive insights, automated reporting etc.) to uncover trends and optimize website conversion..
- Deep understanding of website analytics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English.
