ZoomInfo is looking for a Senior Manager of Privacy & Compliance Technology to lead our Privacy & Compliance Technology team. This position will be responsible and accountable for overseeing the relationship between the Product and Engineering, and Compliance organizations through the planning, prioritization and implementation of Compliance-driven initiatives. They will provide advisory and consultative support to these teams in the execution of projects related to policy enforcement and remediation, support for newly enacted laws and regulations, and product compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the planning and prioritization of privacy- and compliance-driven initiatives and work with Product and Engineering teams on implementation strategy and execution
- Provide consultative support and advocacy to business stakeholders with respect to Privacy by Design best practices
- Manage the research and evaluation of the Privacy and Compliance domain tech stack; coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate procurement, implementation, onboarding, maintenance and off boarding
- Lead the Data Source Risk Committee in collaboration with Data team product and engineering leadership to assess risk and implement mitigation plans with respect to ZoomInfo data sources
- Lead the Product Compliance domain within the Compliance Department target operating model and provide strategic oversight in collaboration with senior Compliance leadership
- Manage a direct report (privacy technologist) responsible for day-to-day engagement with internal stakeholders on policy enforcement, remediation, and related privacy and compliance initiatives
- Coordinate with counterparts in Legal and Compliance in the creation and communication of compliance requirements associated with new laws and regulations
- Oversee the measurement of KPIs and KRIs within the Product Compliance (Privacy & Compliance Technology) domain
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of domain experience in privacy and/or compliance
- Previous experience in a privacy engineering, product compliance or related role
- 2+ years direct management experience
- Proficiency with Jira a plus
- IAPP Certifications a plus
