About the role :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Individual who have proven expertise in collections and account follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling a high volume of calls and emails, with hands-on experience using leading ERP and CRM applications. This role requires strong individual performance, attention to detail, and an active interest in leveraging AI-based solutions for process stabilization and improvement.
Shift time : 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST
What You'll Do:

Make collection calls to customers/accounts.

Send and track collection-related emails daily.

Manage end-to-end collections activities, including follow-ups, dispute resolution, and payment status updates.

Ensure timely escalation of overdue accounts and maintain accurate records in systems.

Utilize applications like SAP, Salesforce, and HRC for account tracking and reporting.

Partner with internal teams to stabilize collection processes and explore AI-driven improvements.

Deliver results as an individual contributor, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
What You Bring:

Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce or other relevant Degree

5 to 7 years of experience in B2B or B2C collections, preferably in an international process.
- Adaptable to work in night shift

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations.

Proficiency in SAP / Salesforce / High Radius (or similar ERP/CRM platforms).

Strong interest in collection process stabilization using AI tools/technologies.

Highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:

Exposure to global client accounts and cross-cultural communication.

Analytical skills to track collection trends and suggest improvements.

Familiarity with productivity and reporting dashboards
