Manager, Influencer Marketing
Chorus.ai
ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.
ZoomInfo is in the middle of a bold transformation. We’re shifting from a legacy data provider to the category-defining GTM Intelligence Platform, and we’re doing it with speed, creativity, and a serious bias for action. From launching ZoomInfo Copilot Workspace to GTM Studio to embedding AI across every motion, we’re building a modern B2B brand rooted in trusted voices, strategic storytelling, and high-impact moments.
Our influencer program is a key part of that shift, helping us shape perception, spark conversation, and put ZoomInfo at the center of the modern GTM conversation. We’re also building with AI in mind, using it to scale execution, streamline operations, and fuel creative momentum across every part of marketing, including influencers.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, ambitious, and creatively curious Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our Brand & Customer Marketing team.
This person will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of a fast-scaling influencer program that blends brand building, demand generation, and creator-led storytelling, helping us build the GTM Intelligence category and building awareness of the platform and products that fuel that category by activating the voices GTM leaders trust.
This person will lead an Influencer Marketing Coordinator and partner across social, content, PR, demand gen, customer marketing, events, field marketing, and other teams throughout ZoomInfo.
This person’s mandate: utilize trusted GTM voices to build the category, drive brand awareness, and translate that awareness into pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy and program leadership
- Build and own ZoomInfo’s influencer strategy, prioritized to our ICPs and highest-impact channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, podcasts, newsletters, and niche communities).
- Evolve and codify the operating model including tiering criteria, outreach and vetting, briefing frameworks, pricing/comp, and a clear test-and-learn roadmap.
- Launch always-on programs alongside campaign-specific activations tied to launches, product moments, and demand plays.
Creator sourcing, relationships, and deals
- Source, evaluate, and recruit high-fit creators; negotiate scopes and compensation; manage agency/platform partners as needed.
- Build a healthy, diverse roster and maintain strong relationships that compound value over time.
Campaigns, creative, and distribution
- Translate GTM narratives into airtight creator briefs; ensure content aligns with brand, product strategy, and the nuances of each channel.
- Orchestrate cross-channel distribution, including paid amplification in partnership with social and paid media, enabling content repurposing across owned channels.
- Identify key in-person events to launch live creative activations such as creator houses, event coverage, brand awareness campaigns, and more.
Measurement, attribution, and optimization
- Define the KPIs: reach/SOV, engaged views, CTR, source traffic, MQLs, sourced and influenced pipeline, ROI by tier and program, and other related metrics.
- Implement rigorous tracking (UTMs, unique landing pages, and campaign IDs) and build monthly/quarterly reporting with Marketing Analytics and Business Ops with attributable impact in Salesforce/Tableau.
- Own budget, forecast spend, and drive cost efficiencies (e.g., CPE, cost per qualified visit) without sacrificing quality.
Compliance, brand safety, and governance
- Enforce FTC disclosure guidelines and platform policies.
- Partner with legal and procurement on templates, NDAs, and approval workflows.
- Maintain brand safety standards and review/approval SLAs.
People leadership and cross-functional impact
- Manage, coach, and develop the Influencer Marketing Coordinator while setting clear goals and growth plans.
- Align with social, brand, content, demand gen, events, and PR to integrate creator moments across campaigns and major launches.
How you’ll use AI
- Speed sourcing and shortlisting with defined inputs (audience, engagement quality, topical relevance).
- Generate first-draft briefs, content checklists, and QA prompts to accelerate performance analysis and insights storytelling.
- Automate reporting hygiene (UTMs, link governance) and produce repeatable post-campaign debriefs.
What You Bring:
- 6–8+ years in influencer/creator marketing or social marketing; B2B strongly preferred.
- 2+ years people management with a track record of coaching and scaling early-career talent.
- Proven ability to build or scale an influencer program tied to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, brand lift), not just vanity metrics.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring multi-tier deals (creators, paid placements, performance) and managing agencies/platforms.
- Creative judgment and brief-writing chops; you can guide creators to content audiences want and buyers trust.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in attribution and experiment design; disciplined with UTMs and funnel instrumentation.
- Deep familiarity with platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, podcasts, and newsletters.
- Working knowledge of influencer platforms, social analytics, BI/reporting tools, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for influencers, creators, social media and the future of B2B marketing.
Curious mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and figure things out fast.
