The Analyst Relations Manager III will play a pivotal role in advancing ZoomInfo's Analyst Relations initiatives, contributing to the organization's growth. This position involves fostering relationships with key industry analysts (such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) to enhance mindshare and influence. The responsibilities also include actively seeking feedback on product and marketing messaging from analysts and collaboratively leading the project management of significant analyst evaluations and reports. This role is integral to our strategic objectives, ensuring effective engagement with industry influencers and contributing to the overall success of ZoomInfo.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Drive and expand ZoomInfo's Analyst Relations program that supports our corporate goals, communications positioning and marketing programs to drive pipeline, deepening relationships with all key analysts.
  2. Work with internal stakeholders and executive leadership to craft and deliver quality information to relevant analysts in order to drive awareness and secure positive analyst reports.
  3. Work with analyst firms to complete all necessary exchange of data to include in analyst evaluations, research reports and whitepapers.
  4. Leverage an AI-first mindset to drive efficiency and scalability across analyst initiatives
  5. Support proactive processes for ongoing communications and education of industry analysts as well as act as a central point for handling incoming inquiries.
  6. Prepare and maintain a library of analyst briefing materials.
  7. Organize analyst engagements and outreach including:
    1. Initiation of regular analyst group communications
    2. Newsletters & webcasts
    3. One-on-One briefings
  8. Derive competitive intelligence for ZoomInfo from analyst interactions that complement the briefing process.
  9. Monitor and analyze relevant industry data, and peer company performance; garnering insights that can impact firm positioning and strategy. This may include information about competitors, market trends, new technologies, and market opinions on the ZoomInfo brand.
  10. Share analyst insights - from research, inquiries, and analyst relationships - with the Product Management and Marketing teams to inform product and go to market strategy.
  11. Track quantitative and qualitative KPIs and report out within established channels
  12. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
  • 5+ years of work experience with a strong work ethic, polished communication skills, positive, "can-do" energy, and a passion for fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Prior experience at a technology company with experience in analyst relations, market strategy, business development and/or account management highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a small team environment, but also work effectively with all cross-organizational functions. You are equally able to work alongside a partner or team as well as have the ability to take full ownership of a project from start to finish
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels within ZoomInfo and the analyst community. This includes working with executives in sensitive situations
  • Experience with industry analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, and Forrester Waves a plus
  • Experience creating and executing global sales or marketing strategies, managed budgets and led hands-on execution

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
