You’ll make things happen–fast.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, ambitious, and creatively curious program coordinator to join our Brand & Customer Marketing team. This person will be the operational backbone of ZoomInfo’s fast-scaling influencer program, helping us build the GTM Intelligence category and building awareness of the platform and products that fuel that category by activating the voices GTM leaders trust.
You’ll have a front-row seat to a high-visibility, high-growth program that blends brand building, demand generation, and influencer innovation. You’ll work closely with influencers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns go live on time, reporting is accurate, and influencer relationships stay strong.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing, own critical programs, and grow fast alongside a brand transforming its category.
What You’ll Do:
Program & Campaign Management
- Own the Influencer program calendar: tracking contracts, campaign timelines, and content deadlines across 30+ influencers
- Coordinate campaign brief creation, asset delivery, and setup for all influencer activations
- Source and evaluate potential influencers based on program goals and audience fit
- Manage contracting, negotiation, and product/payment fulfillment for influencers
- Support influencer onboarding and enablement, including product demos tied to new releases
- Maintain and evolve onboarding documentation and playbooks for influencers
- Track deliverables and ensure content aligns with brand and product strategy
- Develop relationships and maintain a consistent feedback loop with influencers and partners to ensure smooth execution
Strategy & Insights
- Contribute to strategy development at regular intervals using data-driven insights and market trends
- Analyze campaign performance and influencer experience to recommend improvements and optimize future activations
- Monitor and evolve best practices as the influencer space shifts, documenting changes and improvements internally
Identify opportunities to refine our program model, messaging, and execution framework
Reporting & Optimization
- Build and maintain a real-time influencer dashboard to track budget, impressions, clicks, engagement, leads, conversions, etc.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting on all influencer programs — paid, organic, and event-driven
- Partner with marketing analytics and demand gen to track and attribute performance to business outcomes
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with brand, content, demand gen, events, and PR teams to integrate influencer work across campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align influencer moments with product and campaign launches
- Help prepare internal updates and summaries for executive visibility
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, partnerships, or program coordination (agency or B2B experience a plus)
- Strong project management skills. You’re organized, reliable, and good at keeping moving pieces on track
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for influencers, creators, social media and the future of B2B marketing
Curious mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and figure things out fast
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with influencer platforms, marketing analytics, or campaign tracking tools
- Experience managing contracts, vendor relationships, or content operations
- Interest in sales tech, RevOps, or the GTM landscape
