As a Motion Designer at ZoomInfo, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand identity through compelling visual storytelling that resonates with our audiences and strengthens our market presence. Collaborating closely with the Creative and Marketing teams, you’ll bring our brand to life through high-quality motion design that communicates the value of ZoomInfo’s products, reinforces our position as the go-to-market intelligence platform, and drives consistency and innovation across digital touchpoints.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and animate high-level motion assets for product videos, social media content, web experiences, product interfaces, and more.
- Help manage the motion design pipeline and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
- Leverage AI-powered design tools and automation to enhance workflows, generate creative ideas, and boost output quality.
- Be an Entrepreneur: Take ownership of motion design projects from conception through final delivery — managing timelines, feedback loops, and deliverables with autonomy. Play an active role in evolving ZoomInfo’s motion identity, and drive the expansion of visual systems that bridge motion and static brand design.
- Be an Expert: Use your deep motion design expertise to lead high-impact animation work and guide best practices across the company. Be the go-to authority for motion design and brand alignment, ensuring all visuals are polished, cohesive, and reflect the ZoomInfo brand.
- Be an Innovator: Approach every challenge with a creative problem-solving mindset, exploring new techniques and tools to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively through motion. Tackle technical roadblocks by testing new ideas, learning through iteration, and working with teammates to find smart, well-crafted solutions.
- Be Relentless: Constantly push the quality of your motion design work to its highest standard by iterating on feedback and never settling for “good enough.” Strive everyday to elevate the creativity and impact of our visual content – raising the bar not just for yourself, but for the entire Creative Team.
- Be a Team: Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate concepts, develop storyboards and produce high-impact videos and animations. Lean into peer collaboration with fellow motion designers to share insights, embrace constructive feedback, spark fresh ideas, and elevate each other’s work.
