You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

As a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager at ZoomInfo, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts to define, operationalize, and scale how revenue-driving teams interact with our systems and data. You’ll own the business requirements for key GTM systems, manage inputs from stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, and ensure operational processes are clear, aligned, and scalable.

You’ll focus on solving high-impact problems, whether it's defining system logic for a new GTM motion, coordinating a cross-functional initiative, or ensuring data flows correctly to support revenue insights. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate business needs into scalable system and process requirements across the revenue tech stack
  • Lead operational readiness efforts for initiatives involving new motions, data models, entitlements, packaging, segmentation, and GTM alignment
  • Coordinate inputs across GTM Strategy, Product, Finance, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Business Technology
  • Identify, test, and implement AI-powered tools that support automation, efficiency, and decision-making across RevOps workflows
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, ticket creation, and QA processes
  • Serve as the point of contact for system impacts tied to product or business changes
  • Drive documentation and clarity across key revenue workflows, with an emphasis on long-term scalability
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies across tools and workflows; propose solutions and own implementation
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure reporting, attribution, and forecasting remain accurate and aligned

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • AI-first mindset – actively explores and applies AI and automation tools in daily work
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce as a core system of record across GTM workflows
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and how they interact with core systems (CRM, billing, attribution, enablement)
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional input and deliver clear, documented requirements
  • Structured thinker with a bias for systems and execution
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of the org and influencing decisions without formal authority
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Bonus Points

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or prior admin-level configuration experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA)
  • Understanding of data governance, hierarchy management, or entitlement logic
Exposure to AI-driven tools used in GTM or ops functions
