We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Manager/Senior Manager to lead our Automated Controls Function for IT SOX controls and automated business process controls. This role is critical in building and optimizing automated control frameworks, leveraging AI, Snowflake, AuditBoard Analytics, and other cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate thrives in a roll-up-your-sleeves environment, partnering with IT, Data Engineering, and Business Teams to drive compliance, efficiency, and automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

IT SOX Compliance & Automation

  • Design, implement, and optimize ITGCs and application controls across Salesforce, SAP, FiveTran and Snowflake to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Lead automated control initiatives, embedding AI, data analytics, and continuous monitoring into the control environment.
  • Oversee and steer Data Engineering and IT Teams in building scalable data pipelines and automation frameworks for continuous control monitoring capabilities.
  • Drive the rationalization and standardization of controls, eliminating inefficiencies and reducing compliance costs.

Technology & AI-Driven Innovation

  • Implement AI-driven anomaly detection, predictive risk analytics, and automated exception monitoring for IT and business controls.
  • Lead the development of real-time dashboards and reporting using AuditBoard Analytics, Snowflake, and other BI tools.
  • Partner with IT to integrate continuous monitoring solutions and automated compliance workflows within key enterprise systems.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, AI applications, and regulatory developments to enhance the effectiveness of control frameworks.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT, Data Engineering, and Business Process Owners, ensuring control requirements are embedded into system design and operations.
  • Work closely with Internal Audit (3rd Line), External Auditors, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on SOX requirements and control expectations.
  • Champion a data-driven compliance mindset, fostering collaboration between IT and Business Units.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in SOX compliance, IT audit, IT risk management, or technology-driven controls automation.
  • Proven expertise in designing and testing ITGCs, automated controls, and SOD frameworks within Salesforce, SAP, and Snowflake/Data warehouses.
  • Strong experience with AI, data analytics, automation tools, and cloud-based compliance solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working with AuditBoard Analytics/Alteryx, Snowflake, Tableau, Python, or similar automation and analytics tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, providing strategic direction while executing hands-on projects.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA or CPA preferred.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
