ZoomInfo is growing and looking to add talented and passionate people to our Infrastructure team! The IT Support Specialist will be responsible to deliver quick and effective support for our employees on hardware, software, and connectivity issues, both remotely and onsite. If you're tech-savvy and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll do:

  • Ability to resolve issues related to printing, desktop hardware, and connectivity issues
  • Support sites remotely and onsite as needed and assist in managing other technologies
  • Ability to work with a ticketing system and provide quality updates to internal customers and teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot/resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Follow standard help desk procedures and recommend changes for continuous improvement.
  • Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Follow-up with employees to ensure issues are resolved
  • Provide employee customer assistance
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention, redirecting problems to appropriate resource
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Working across time zones
  • Responding to crises promptly
  • Meeting team performance requirements

What you bring:

  • Proven 5 years working experience as an inhouse IT support in fast - paced setup
  • Excellent Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and others related OS
  • Experience with Gsuite, Slack, ServiceNow, Okta, RingCentral, Zoom and Intune are mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge in ZoomRoom Troubleshooting in Logitech and NEAT solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis.
  • Knowledge in Zscaler & Proofpoint troubleshooting will be an added advantage
  • Relevant certifications are a real bonus
  • Adapt to work in Morning / Afternoon working schedules
