As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at ZoomInfo, you will take ownership of key initiatives to enhance and scale our marketing efforts, including email nurtures, webinar program execution, ABM campaigns, and integration projects with our cutting-edge MarTech stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product Marketing, Web Development, Content, Sales, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Product Management —to align strategies and achieve shared goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the Marketo roadmap, optimizing processes, and elevating program performance to build a robust pipeline for the sales team.

This role combines strategic vision and hands-on execution, requiring you to lead a team of skilled marketing professionals while championing innovation, efficiency, and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Management & Execution: Own the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on email nurture programs, leveraging advanced Marketo capabilities.
  • Program Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and refine strategies to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and program performance. Deploy A/B testing to improve retention and conversion metrics.
  • Marketo Expertise: Act as a power user of Marketo, developing and maintaining automated workflows, trigger-based nurturing programs, and personalized segmentation strategies aligned to the buyer’s journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Web Development, Content, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive cross-functional success.
  • Content Development: Translate complex business and technical messaging into concise, impactful marketing copy for emails and landing pages.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Measure program performance against industry benchmarks, leveraging data to iterate and improve over time. Champion metrics and process efficiency in all areas of the role.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.

What You Bring:

  • 5 years leading leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including building and managing lead nurture programs.
  • Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Exceptional writing skills with a track record of creating compelling marketing copy
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Expertise in demand generation, marketing strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Passion for metrics, data, and process improvements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
