We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team in a temporary part-time capacity. As part of the Process Automation & Excellence team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, report to the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Excellence, and play a critical role in managing business requests through our centralized intake process.
This role is for a three-month assignment, working 29 hours per week.
What You Will Do:
- Support "Run the Business" initiatives for the RevOps organization
- Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA
- Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business needs
- UAT and/or BAT testing
- Sprint planning
- Support of asset creation and enablement material
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles
- Salesforce administration experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and SCRUM certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to apply professional expertise and company policies to resolve various business issues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adapt processes as needed.
- Experience working on diverse problems where creative solutions are necessary.
- Effective communicator, able to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.
This is a temporary, part-time position, perfect for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while gaining valuable experience in process automation and business operations.
Compensation for this role is $46.50 per hour.
