Our marketing team is seeking an experienced and innovative web designer to craft visually appealing, high-performance website experiences. The ideal candidate will have a knack for designing complex web pages that balance aesthetics with functionality, and they thrive under tight deadlines. We’re looking for someone who is driven to push creative boundaries to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality webpages optimized for conversion, with a strong focus on user experience and creative design.
- Collaborate closely with team members to align designs with performance goals, SEO best practices, and tight project timelines.
- Lead all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, working closely with product managers throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web design, with a robust portfolio showcasing creativity, graphic design skills, and an ability to drive user engagement.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and flexibility in working hours to accommodate tight deadlines and collaboration with USA-based teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of visual hierarchy and user experience principles.
- Proficiency in optimizing content for SEO and conversions, with expertise in creating visibility-driven design.
- 4+ years of experience in web design, preferably with a focus on lead-generation and conversion optimization.
- Advanced skills in Figma, including prototyping.
- Experience working closely with R&D teams.
- Excellent English communication skills
