As the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement at ZoomInfo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our strategy to move upmarket into the enterprise segment. You will be an inspiring leader who is both credible and trustworthy, enabling our teams to achieve their highest potential.

This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our office in Waltham, MA.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a motivational force for our Go-to-Market teams, instilling confidence and driving enthusiasm across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, connecting with the field on a personal level and ensuring your strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Design, execute, and measure the success of enablement programs, continuously optimizing them to align with business objectives and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored enablement programs that empower our teams to succeed in the enterprise space, focusing on complex, high-value deals.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of enablement initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, adapt strategies to meet changing priorities, and respond swiftly to new challenges.
  • Approach every challenge with a solutions mindset, ensuring that our teams have the support they need to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership skills managing an Enablement team, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Credibility and trustworthiness with a deep understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong operational skills with experience in tracking and analyzing the success of enablement programs.
  • Expertise in selling into the enterprise segment with a focus on upmarket strategies.
  • Proactive, adaptive, and solutions-oriented with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Significant, demonstrated experience in a go-to-market function, in particular operational experience working within or across a revenue/sales organization.
  • Strong influencing skills, with a reputation for getting things done effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including Executive-level presence and gravitas.

Team Structure & Success Metrics:

As we transition into the next phase of our Revenue Enablement strategy, the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement will focus on these key pillars:

Onboarding & ZoomInfo Academy -

  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition and early productivity for new hires.
  • Enhance learning resources to keep pace with industry trends and internal developments.
  • Monitor progress through regular feedback and performance metrics.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
  • Develop sales playbooks outlining best practices, strategies, and processes for various sales scenarios.
  • Facilitate continuous learning through regular training sessions, workshops, and certifications.

CX & CS Enablement

  • Support Customer Success teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving retention.
  • Develop customer journey maps to identify touchpoints and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement feedback loops to continually enhance our offerings and service.

Product Enablement

  • Ensure all relevant teams are well-informed about product features, updates, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and guides for internal teams and customers.
  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches.

Platform & Operations

    • Optimize enablement platforms for efficiency, user-friendliness, and up-to-date technology.
    • Streamline operations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of enablement efforts.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
