As a Data Security Analyst at ZoomInfo, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our data inventory and ensuring the security of our data products. Your primary responsibility will be to improve and maintain ZoomInfo’s data inventory and evaluation of data assets in support of the Data Security Program, ensuring that our data products meet the highest standards of security and integrity. This role is crucial in maintaining customer trust and upholding the company's reputation for delivering secure and reliable data solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Continuously oversee ZoomInfo's data inventory to identify and address security risks
• Integrate security measures into data processing and management workflows and manage robust collaboration with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Compliance, and Data scientists. Diagnose issues in data identify gaps and errors in logic, and evaluate potential data
• partners.
• Implement proactive improvements to processes and methods for gathering and aggregating data.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on data security improvements and best practices.
• Performing manual QA to various types of data, analyze results and outputs of new features in development, provide coherent feedback to Product Security data scientists, engineers and product managers.
• Develop in depth understanding of the product and its functionalities and assist in expanding and developing the features and functionalities.
• Support the implementation of security solutions and ensure they are effectively integrated into existing systems.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (i.e. Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science etc.) and 5+ years of experience working in a data related capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• SQL abilities and hands-on experience with SQL and no-SQL DBs, performing analysis and performance optimizations.
• Experience with AWS/GCP cloud services such as GCS/S3, Lambda/Cloud Function, EMR/Dataproc, Glue/Dataflow, Athena.
• Experience with development practices – Agile, CI/CD, TDD
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices - Terraform
• Analytical and problem-solving skills - you are interested in making sense of large quantities of data and see patterns quickly
• Innovative – you aren’t afraid to question the status quo with new and inventive solutions to difficult problems
