As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing new business and customer renewal/expansion motion through your exceptional process management and communication skills.
Your mission will be to empower internal pipeline generating revenue teams, ensuring they extract maximum value from ZoomInfo's cutting-edge products. By championing a seamless and value-driven journey for our customers, you will not only contribute to their long-term success but also play a crucial part in the overall success of ZoomInfo.
This role is instrumental in supporting and enabling key stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and satisfaction.
This is a hybrid position working three days per week from our office in Waltham, MA or Vancouver, WA.
What You Will Do:
- Coach and mentor a team to develop and deliver comprehensive, outcome-based sales enablement programs
- Collaborate with VP+ Stakeholders and your enablement leadership peers to create and align sales content, messaging, and tools strategy that will drive revenue for the business
- Analyze Go-To-Market processes & make business recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate regular updates and communications to executive stakeholders on enablement initiatives and progress
- Work cross-functionally with teams like Senior Sales Leadership, HR, L&D, and others to create and maintain sales enablement materials (playbooks, collateral, tools).
- Implement and manage sales methodologies that align with company objectives.
- Measure, report on, and analyze key performance metrics and their impact on sales
- Provide thought leadership and become a subject matter expert on sales best practices and industry trends
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in revenue enablement with experience managing a team. Previous sales experience preferred
- 5+ years experience working in/with revenue enablement teams focused on Go-To-Market strategy
- 8+ years of collective experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Technical Revenue Enablement
- Customer Service or Support Delivery
- Product Marketing or Product Management
- Training Delivery - Product and/or Technology focused
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and delivery to selling teams (sales, pre-sales and/or post-sales)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and project managing multiple initiatives of varying complexity and timeframes
- Strong judgment, initiative and sense of urgency
- Proven experience in effective cross-functional relationship management
