We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our Technical Solution Team. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the team's activities, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical solution specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
    • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals, ensuring alignment with company priorities and objectives.
  • Solution Delivery:
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions and bug fixes to our clients, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solution design, architecture, and implementation.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building & maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
    • Engage directly with clients to understand their technical challenges and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    • Work with account managers & sales teams to identify new opportunities for technical solutions and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and expansion of the Technical Solution Team.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the team's vision, mission, and long-term objectives.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • years of experience in technical solution design and R&D with demonstrated experience in managing teams & delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
