The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be pivotal in steering our digital advertising efforts to maximize ROI and foster Zoominfo’s growth. This role’s primary focus will be to testing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive MQLs, Demos, and Pipeline. The Sr. Performance marketing manager will have experience in restructuring and modernizing paid search campaigns. Experience in setting up various testing around bid and budgeting strategies, audiences, and landing pages to drive paid media’s ROI contribution. Through rigorous experimentation and testing, this individual will refine our campaigns and drive measurable improvements to our marketing performance. Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for testing paid media assets, bid/budget strategies, and evaluating partners across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Utilize expertise in statistical significance, A/B testing, and experiment setup to design and execute rigorous testing protocols for evaluating the effectiveness of various media assets and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and refine landing page copy and improve click-to-form fill ratio
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of in-market paid media campaigns From concept to launch and analysis of results, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Manage end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including experience in Google Ads and Google Editor, reporting, and Google Analytics
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to evaluate the success of testing initiatives, regularly communicate results to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for future optimizations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media testing and optimization, leveraging this knowledge to improve campaign performance continuously
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and marketing to integrate testing initiatives into overall marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Drive overall success of paid media campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize media spend, and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by the manager

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data analysis and digital media.
    • Affinity for statistical approach and methodical testing is preferred
    • The ability to pivot and apply learnings at scale with a proven track record of enhancing paid media campaigns is required
  • Proven track record of hands-on experience managing substantial budgets and delivering tangible results for paid media campaigns, particularly in testing and optimization
    • A proven track record of implementing budget and bid strategies, Maximum delivery optimizations, A/B creative testing, and multivariate testing across social, search, CRO, display, and other paid media programs is preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills with practical experience using statistical analysis techniques and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, etc., to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
  • Experience managing paid media in B2B SaaS industry is preferred
  • Data-driven and ROI-driven mindset
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, enabling effective communication of testing strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns across a diverse range of digital platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Reddit, TikTok, etc., with a strong understanding of each platform's unique features and capabilities
  • Deep knowledge of messaging, ad formats, testing methodologies, and industry best practices in digital media, enabling the development and execution of highly effective testing strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and marketing, to integrate testing initiatives into broader marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital media testing and optimizations
  • Close partnership with media vendors and a proactive approach to media is preferred

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
