As Sales Operations Compensation Analyst II, you will be responsible for analysis supporting compensation and operations across ZoomInfo’s sales organization. This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented individual who is excited to make a unique impact!

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US offices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Quota-setting and incentive creation for sales teams: Support the Sales organization’s responsibilities for compensation, including quota calculation and roll-out, team hierarchy management, opportunity alignment, and special incentive creation.
  • Cross-functional execution: Drive the Sales organization’s priorities in coordination with our Compensation, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Insight generation and process improvement: Uncover insights in sales performance, share findings with senior leadership, and help implement solutions.
  • Create dynamic opportunities: Learn as you go and find a way to make a unique impact. This role reports into the Go-to-Market organization, which partners closely with sales leadership and is an agile team that is always looking for new ways to improve.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years experience in an analyst role, or a recent degree in an analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, computer science, math)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insight and meaning out of data, including experience working in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Xactly or related sales compensation software a plus
  • Enthusiasm for making a difference and rolling up your sleeves to see things through

The US base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 + annual bonus + benefits.
