Position Overview
As a UX/UI Designer at Zoominfo, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for our product line. You will lead the design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be responsible for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that captivate our users.
Key Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design: Lead the design process with a focus on user-centered principles, ensuring our products meet the needs and expectations of our users.
- Design Strategy: Develop and communicate design strategies, using data and research to guide decision-making.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate on them based on user feedback.
- Visual Design: Produce high-quality visual designs, considering aesthetics, branding, and a consistent user interface.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct user testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends and technologies.
