If you are passionate about helping people develop and thrive individually and as a team, then this is the role for you.

Examples of What You’ll Drive On:

  • Hybrid Operating Model: Develop principles guiding how we operate as a hybrid global workforce with remote employees and office-based personnel
  • On-Site Gathering: Institute the needed structure, programs, and logistics to facilitate in-person gatherings, events, and offsites as part of our Hybrid Operating Model

  • Org Effectiveness Toolkit: Create tools and resources to help leaders structure, manage, and collaborate with their teams
  • Team Assessment & Development: Partner with People Analytics and business leaders to quantitatively measure our organizational performance, define mechanisms to measure and assess team performance, and take action to improve team dynamics and performance
  • Organizational Development (OD) Capability Development: Develop training materials, facilitate training sessions, and be a thought partner for key stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs) to develop OD capabilities and playbooks they can disseminate broadly across the organization
  • Non-Compensation Recognition: Define how we effectively reinforce our values, ideal behaviors, and top performance through non-monetary recognition programs
  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: Develop initiatives and programs to ensure we are bringing different perspectives to the table and, in so doing, arrive at the best decisions and outcomes
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Develop initiatives and support producing the annual Sustainability Report showcasing ZoomInfo's societal impact through activities like work in the community and volunteering
  • Employee Listening: Collaborate with People Analytics and cross-functional partners to evolve and execute our Employee Listening strategy, ensuring that we are identifying problems, opportunities, and needed actions
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate across functions to develop people-focused strategies aligned with business goals and ZoomInfo's values; act as a trusted advisor on optimizing organizational culture, performance, and the employee experience

Experience & Expertise You Bring:

  • Experience having defined and instituted the in-office, hybrid, and remote ways of working for a global organization
  • Experience shifting organizations from legacy practices to new and more effective models of operating and at-scale
  • Experience leading programs end-to-end, including project planning, communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale, enterprise efforts that cross multiple functions
  • Demonstrated competency in effective group assessment and facilitation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, management practices and principles, and employee engagement trends and practices
  • Experience conducting, interpreting, and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative analysis into a holistic analytical picture of a problem or opportunity, then clearly articulating those insights and resulting recommendations for executive audiences
  • Expertise conducting Excel-based analysis; ideally experienced in analyzing data using analytical languages like Python or R
  • 8+ years having led employee experience, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness for a fast-paced, global organization
