Director of Media

As part of the ZoomInfo Growth team, the Director of Media will lead the Digital Marketing function and own ZoomInfo’s media strategy and execution for channels including SEM, Paid Social and SEO. This role includes establishing long-term and short-term strategies, monitoring campaign performance, driving optimization, efficiencies and reporting of results. This role will report to the Head of Growth and Optimization within the Marketing organization.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies, including online advertising, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and other relevant channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the paid media budget, allocate resources effectively, and develop accurate forecasts to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall paid media performance.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing paid media team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, creative team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners to ensure effective execution of paid media campaigns.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and digital marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 7-10 years experience owning large B2B advertising accounts on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and Linkedin
- Strong knowledge of various paid media channels and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, programmatic advertising platforms, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful paid media strategies that drive measurable results.

The US base salary range for this position is $144,000.00 - $216,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.
