The Business Operations team is responsible for building and securing systems to help Chainalysis achieve its mission. We are committed to developing a diverse team to build and execute strategic cross-functional programs to support Corporate Functions operations.

Program Managers at Chainalysis use their business acumen and expertise to work closely with teams across the company to deliver significant business-impacting projects. Success is measured by the ability to identify problems, manage risk, define requirements, build new programs from the ground up, and operationalize them from end-to-end.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build new programs or start new projects from the ground up, from zero to one

  • Manage and execute projects across multiple programs, seamlessly shifting between various priorities like global expansion and commercialization initiatives

  • Operationalize commercialization efforts, effectively building in repeatable processes that create efficiency

  • Proactively and continuously identify and manage risks, ensuring that potential issues that could impact projects are mitigated effectively

  • Write and maintain a variety of documentation, including project scoping documents, executive summaries, and status reports, to ensure clear communication and project alignment

  • Guide teams through transitions with proactive planning and communication

  • Use your skills in Jira and Confluence, and apply best practices to track the execution of projects and ensure efficient workflow management

  • Employ program and project governance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective project delivery, and tailor frameworks and methodologies to fit unique project needs

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s in Business or Business Administration preferred

  • Experience in program management at a high-growth tech company

  • Strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A keen sense of initiative the ability to thoughtfully prioritize tasks, leveraging data to drive decision-making

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams by influence, without direct authority

  • Excellent problem solving skills (an eye for details, a systematic thought process, and the ability to execute thoughtfully)

  • Flexibility and adaptability to remain effective while responding to new challenges and opportunities

  • Deep familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
