The Blend Integrations team provides the technology that connects the Blend platform to various external systems, including partner platforms and customer-specific integrations. This team consists of Blend integration engineers, Solutions Architects, and industry partners, all working to support our integration development.
As an Integrations Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining integration patterns that connect the Blend platform to major systems of record in the lending space. These systems may include Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Core Banking Systems, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
How you’ll contribute:
- Create, develop, and maintain Blend and Loan Origination Systems integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications & code.
- Communicate technical details clearly to stakeholders at different technical expertise levels (e.g., solutions architects, sales engineers, project managers, etc.)
- Ensure that integrations are designed and implemented as reusable building blocks, allowing for reuse while considering maintenance, resiliency, and robustness.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Encourage great habits to enhance team practices by participating in code reviews & offering peer mentorship and guidance.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience building high-quality production software.
- You are an Excellent communicator and can operate independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, driving projects to a successful outcome.
- Experience working on Integration frameworks like Mulesoft Anypoint Platform or equivalent technologies
- Experience designing API specs using YAML/RAML conventions
- You have experience working with databases like Postgres, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Willingness to dive into & deeply understand the technical details of internal & external systems.

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
For full time hires, the hiring hourly compensation range for this position is between $82,600.00 - $97,391.00. This role is also bonus eligible. Blend benefits and perks are described below.
Final pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
