Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
As a Principal Partner Integration Architect for our Partner Embed Platform, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the financial ecosystems of our partners. Our innovative platform is designed to elevate both internal and external systems to the next level of Payments, AP, AR, and Spend and Expense management. You'll collaborate directly with partners, leveraging cutting-edge technology to facilitate discovery conversations with prospects and then ultimately integrate seamless solutions that enhance their capabilities and drive operational excellence for those that convert to customers/partners. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of financial technology and providing game-changing solutions, this is the role for you.
We’d Love To Chat If You Have:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in technical or management consulting, solution architecture, or system integration, ideally within the AP/AR or financial services domain.
- Proven track record of contributing to and delivering end-to-end technical architectures and solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Previous experience in professional services, working with external clients and partners, driving cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in gathering requirements, creating solution designs, and conducting presentations.
- Expertise in API integration and management (e.g., REST, SOAP), with hands-on experience implementing custom APIs.
- Strong understanding of web services, cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, SQL) and front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with SaaS platforms, microservices architecture, and data integration technologies.
- Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices for financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.
What You'll Do In This Role:
- Lead and influence technical discussions with senior stakeholders both internally and externally (e.g., C-level, IT Directors, Product Directors).
- Lead technical and deep dive workshops with partners, delivering technical documentation, solutioning integration avenues, and conducting user training.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, delivering quality results within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and both internal and external IT teams.
Other Things to Know:
- Willingness to travel (~25%), which may include onsite visits to client, partner, or BILL corporate office(s) for implementation workshops and other client related meetings.
- Client/Partner focus requires ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting quickly to changing business needs.
