By replacing outdated financial processes with innovative tools, we help businesses—from startups to established brands—make smarter decisions and gain control of their operations. And we don’t stop there: we’re creating the future of financial automation so businesses can spend more time on what matters.

Working here means you become part of a vision-driven team that’s ready to tackle challenges and build cutting-edge solutions. We value purpose, drive, and curiosity—and we thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Whether in one of our offices in San Jose, CA, Draper, UT, or working remotely, BILLders collaborate to deliver real impact for businesses that need more time in their busy weeks.

We're committed to building a workplace that fosters inclusion and diverse perspectives, valuing each person’s unique skills and experiences. We’d love to hear from you—you might be just what we’re looking for, whether in this role or another.

✨ Let’s give businesses more time for what matters.

Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

  • You will be leading the reimagination of the core AP product flows, leveraging agentic AI capabilities for the Small Medium Business, accountants, and lower Midmarkt companies.
  • You are responsible for leading the product vision based on deep customer understanding, participating in forming the product strategy, and creating the end-to-end experience.
  • Comfortably engage with customers directly, validating hypotheses through various methods, and iterating designs based on learnings. You know the customer problem space so well that other team members seek your expertise on the subject matter.
  • Be a fierce advocate for the best possible customer experience, collaborating with engineers and product managers to quickly deliver value to customers.
  • Could confidently walk through the design prototype, design rationale with executives, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Work with teams from other pillars to create shared goals and coordinate dependencies and timelines. Educate stakeholders on customer needs and co-create components for a clear and smooth experience.
  • Be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. Navigate vague problem spaces, form hypotheses, and identify ways to bring clarity to the entire team.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for junior designers by providing feedback, creating design guidelines, and facilitating discussions and workshops to elevate the design craft of the entire team.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 8 years minimum experience in customer centric web product design, especially in Fintech, AI products, or the ability to tackle complex problem spaces.
  • Extensive experiences to work with XFN partners like PM, Engineers, Data analysis, Research, Content, Marketing, Sales and Customer experience.
  • Extensive experience in shipping digital products to a large number of customers, and could articulate the business and customer impact in quant and qual data.
  • Strong experience in interaction design, visual design, presentation and communication.
  • A passion for elevating design craft, with meticulous attention to detail and a drive to raise the bar for what great design looks like.
  • Curiosity and utilization of AI to improve/augment your design process, and some experience in designing for AI experiences and/or building agentic workflows
  • A growth mindset, could learn and adapt from customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Experience in forming hypotheses, running experiments, synthesizing data and iterating from it.
  • Ability to independently lead end-to-end customer research — from defining objectives to synthesizing insights — while partnering with Research Ops to scale learnings across teams.
