Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Shape the future of monetization at BILL as our Pricing Strategy, Senior Manager. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role within our central Pricing team, responsible for designing and executing data-driven pricing strategies across BILL’s full portfolio including SaaS, pay-as-you-go (PAYG) payments, lending, and innovative AI-powered offerings. You’ll act as a trusted partner to Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Legal, using your expertise in analytics and pricing frameworks to enable market-leading growth, customer value, and financial success.

Reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy, you’ll contribute hands-on to end-to-end pricing initiatives, drive critical business recommendations, and help position BILL as a leader in modern, value-based monetization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute analytical pricing strategies for BILL’s diverse product suite, including B2B SaaS, payments, lending, and AI innovations.

  • Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative market analysis—leveraging internal and external data sources (customer segmentation, competitive insights, elasticity studies)—to inform and optimize pricing decisions.

  • Personally acquire and analyze large datasets using SQL and/or BI tools, translating raw data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

  • Design and iterate on new pricing approaches: select value metrics, model price sensitivity, evaluate packaging/discounting strategies, and support major go-to-market launches.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to align pricing strategies with product and business objectives.

  • Present data-driven recommendations to leaders across teams, distilling complex analysis into clear, concise takeaways for business action.

  • Monitor pricing KPIs—including revenue impact, customer adoption, and retention—and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends in SaaS, FinTech, and AI monetization; bring best practices and external benchmarks into BILL’s pricing strategy.

  • Champion BILL’s cultural values of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the Pricing team and with cross-functional partners.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 8 years of progressive experience in pricing strategy, business analytics, revenue management, finance, or management consulting, with a primary focus on B2B SaaS, FinTech, or related industries.

  • Proven track record developing and implementing data-driven pricing models, including value-based and usage-based approaches.

  • Strong technical analytics expertise—comfortable acquiring/manipulating data in SQL, working with large, complex datasets, and conducting quantitative modeling.

  • Experience using pricing and analytics software (Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms). Familiarity with statistical tools (Python, R) a plus.

  • Ability to work independently; skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills—adept at translating data and insights for executives, cross-functional teams, and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborative, low-ego team player who demonstrates resourcefulness, flexibility, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.
