✨ Let’s give businesses more time for what matters.

We're looking for an Account Manager – Onboarding & Growth Specialist to join our team. This isn't a role where everything is figured out, it's a chance to build and shape how we do things. We operate like a lean, fast-paced, high-growth startup, and we need someone who thrives on a dynamic, experiment-driven approach. This hybrid role combines the startup-minded hustle of getting new customers up and running with the scrappy, long-term relationship building that drives growth. You'll own a book of business from day one, navigating an environment with evolving processes and resource-constrained challenges to ensure our customers are not just successful, but wildly successful.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a role where you'll follow a perfectly defined playbook; you'll be writing it. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for a seamless onboarding experience and driving long-term growth.

Bootstrapping the Onboarding Journey

  • Continue deep discovery: You'll jump into a customer's world to understand their organizational structure, goals, and operational needs. You're not just taking orders; you're building the foundation for their success.
  • Design and lead with rapid iteration: Using your insights, you'll design a tailored onboarding process. This will be an experiment-driven approach where you're constantly looking for ways to make the process more efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate and get things done: You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams like Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth launch. This often means influencing others and finding creative solutions in a non-traditional structure.

Driving Growth with a Startup Mindset

  • Act as a strategic advisor: After onboarding, you'll be the strategic and day-to-day point of contact. You'll build trusted relationships and become a go-to partner for customers as their business needs evolve.
  • Problem-solve proactively: You won't wait for a problem to appear. You'll monitor account health, track key metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize our customers' experience and drive account growth.
  • Own the commercial relationship: You'll be a key player in our company's success. This means you'll own the renewal process and identify and act on growth opportunities within your book of business. You have a commercial responsibility to drive the business forward.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation, ideally within a lean, fast-paced SaaS, Fintech, or B2B service environment. We're more interested in your track record of success in a similar operating model than a specific job title.
  • A "scrappy" and resourceful problem-solver. You don't need a perfect process or a huge budget to get the job done. You're adept at using creative solutions and making an impact with limited resources.
  • Highly comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes. You don't wait for a perfectly defined playbook. You're a self-starter who can take a high-level goal and break it down into an actionable plan, even when the path isn't clear.
  • Strong discovery and consultative skills. You can quickly get to the root of a customer's business needs and technical environment, turning that understanding into a strategic plan for success.
  • A natural collaborator. You're great at working with and influencing internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) without direct authority to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and growth within a book of business. You're commercially savvy and take ownership of revenue targets.
  • Aptitude to grasp technical concepts and workflows (especially within the payments ecosystem) and translate them into clear, actionable solutions for customers.

What Success Looks Like

  • You'll be successfully bootstrapping and iterating on the onboarding process, improving it with each new customer.
  • You'll be able to drive high customer adoption and satisfaction even in the face of our non-traditional structure and a continuously evolving product.
  • Your ownership and rapid iteration on customer issues will be transparent and a key part of our brand identity.
  • Your strategic engagement will lead to measurable account growth, proving you're more than just a relationship manager you're a growth partner.
