About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our Integrated Experiences. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining how users discover, navigate, and engage with our product suite, ensuring a seamless and intuitive journey that drives key business outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, delivering innovative solutions that delight our users and significantly impact our growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution for homepage, wayfinding, and integrated user experiences across domains and products.
- Partner with Design and Engineering leads to map and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys, focusing on navigation, discoverability, and workflow integration.
- Identify and close customer experience gaps through deep customer and market research, data analysis, and close alignment with stakeholders.
- Drive development and implementation of innovative information architecture, navigation experiments, and homepage features that address customer pain points and enable cross-product adoption.
- Create and manage program metrics to measure the business and user impact of your initiatives.
- Collaborate with GTM, Sales, Marketing, and CX partners to ensure successful launches and drive adoption of new homepage and wayfinding experiences.
- Facilitate sales and customer education, and integrate customer feedback loops (surveys, interviews, analytics) into the product development cycle.
- Represent the “voice of the customer” across platform teams and provide strategic guidance on platform-level extensibility, configuration, and scalability.

- Customer Obsession: Relentless focus on understanding and solving real customer problems by leveraging research, feedback, and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning stakeholders across Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs to inform prioritization and drive product outcomes.
- Executional Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-team programs and ship high-quality experiences at scale, on time.
- End-to-End Experience Design: Skills in mapping and improving user journeys, optimizing navigation flows, and driving cohesive integrated experiences that work across multiple products.
- Communication & Evangelism: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting vision and decisions clearly at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful products, particularly in consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable solutions with customer and business value in mind.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience working on large-scale platforms or products with millions of users.
- Prior experience in a leadership role, mentoring or managing other product managers.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
