You'll drive the integrity, efficiency, and data-driven optimization of our pricing models, ensuring our pricing is accurately implemented, effectively measured, and consistently applied for our SMB customers. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at connecting strategy to execution, and can lead complex initiatives with a data-first approach, this role is for you.

- Audit and risk management: Conduct regular audits of pricing implementation across systems and sales channels to ensure adherence to policies. Design and implement robust internal controls to minimize pricing errors, unauthorized discounts, and revenue leakage, proactively identifying and mitigating pricing risks.
- System integrity: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that pricing rules and configurations within our systems (e.g., CPQ, billing platforms) are accurately implemented and maintained, reflecting approved policies.
Pricing Analytics & Insights
- Performance measurement: Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to track key pricing performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue realization, margin, average selling price (ASP), discount rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Deep dive analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing effectiveness, discount leakage, and promotional performance. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to product, sales, and finance leadership.
- Financial modeling: Build and maintain robust financial models to analyze the impact of proposed pricing changes, evaluate profitability scenarios, and support accurate revenue forecasting.
- Market and customer insights: Leverage internal and external data, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior insights to inform pricing optimization strategies.
Pricing Operations & PMO (Program Management Office)
- Process optimization: Design, document, and continuously optimize pricing-related operational processes, from price list management and discounting workflows to exception handling and billing reconciliation.
- Program leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic pricing programs and initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch review. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Cross-functional orchestration: Facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure all interdependencies are managed and stakeholders are aligned on pricing initiatives.
- Tooling and systems support: Act as a subject matter expert and business owner for pricing and billing systems (e.g., CPQ, CRM, billing platforms), ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user adoption. Work with engineering to prioritize and implement system enhancements.
- Communication & reporting: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for pricing programs. Provide regular, transparent status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Enablement and training: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on pricing policies, processes, and tools to ensure consistent understanding and application throughout the organization.
