Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

The HR Business Partner (HRBP), is a pivotal position responsible for helping to scale our global company and ensuring our workforce is engaged, productive and successful, as we continue on our path of rapid growth and expansion. The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior HR Business Partners and with members across the People Team: Compensation, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business and Org Capability. In addition will support leaders across multiple functions to support talent priorities at employee, team and organizational levels. The HRBP will partner daily with functional leaders and line managers resulting in fully engaged employees, effective leaders, and a best-in-class workplace culture.

  • Develop business acumen and experience across a broad spectrum of Human Resources disciplines which may include leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, benefits, change management, leadership development, coaching and employee relations.
  • Build interpersonal and leadership skills, reflecting a desire and ability to connect with employees at all levels in the company in authentic and meaningful ways.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and present thoughts clearly and concisely to managers, and team members.
  • Ability to initiate and drive People programs that move the organization towards success and is identified as a value add to the organization by key stakeholders.
  • Experience in successfully working across complex and high growth organizations and with a myriad of business partners.
  • Understanding of HR analytics - with the ability to interpret people/talent data and translate into actionable insights
  • Experience with HR systems & tools (Workday, Culture Amp, HR Acuity is a plus)
  • Ability to quickly learn the business and make talent and organizational decisions which positively impact results
  • Highly collaborative style; team player and culture carrier
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and ability to independently lead, and partner effectively (creative thinker)
  • Ability to coach and advise employees at many levels to help them grow and develop in alignment with business objectives and personal goals
  • Willingness to “roll-up your sleeves” and juggle both day-to-day tactical situations along with longer term strategic programs.
  • Passion supporting a diverse and engaged workforce.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • BS desired in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Sociology or related discipline. MS / MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, legislation, etc.
  • 5 + years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Applied knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes for employment

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
