Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Revenue Transformation team’s mandate revolves around redefining and optimizing the financial and revenue-generating processes within BILL to ensure sustainable growth and efficiency. Revenue transformation team works on:

  • Product enablement for Revenue including data and reporting
  • Transformation projects that spans across departments
  • Business process Reengineering
  • Partner with members of our revenue accounting team to drive process and system improvements to enable the organization to effectively and efficiently scale operations.
  • Assess and document current state process flows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Map and re-engineer business processes to ensure that operations are streamlined. Build business requirement documents and project plans, continuously oversee projects, and ensure that objectives and key critical metrics are met.
  • Manage the initiative for an assessment of a new ERP solution
  • Take lead on understanding business revenue needs and requirements for our ERP system and coordinate efforts for ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the system.
  • Assist in creation and delivery of ad-hoc requests from business process owners or other key stakeholders
  • Responsible for tracking and understanding projects from original concept through final implementation
  • Provide regular communication regarding the status of specific projects and interfaces with all areas affected by the project
  • Prepare and present training materials related to any operational or process changes
  • Partner with business systems team to execute revenue transformation initiatives
  • Guiding stakeholders through project requirements and assessing prioritization of stakeholder needs

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Functional Exposure:
    • Extensive experience managing large data sets related to revenue reporting and the Quote to Cash cycle, with proficiency in data preparation and reporting
    • Strong experience in end-to-end quote to cash / revenue accounting business processes.
    • Accounting experience (Bonus points for revenue accounting experience)
    • Previous experience in implementing an ERP
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field
  • Technical Skills:
    • 7+ Years of experience in Dbt and SQL programming experience
    • Significant exposure to automation and data
    • Expertise in Alteryx and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
    • Familiarity with Python and Airflow
  • Program Management and Business Analysis:
    • Proven track record in Finance Transformation and Program Management
    • Advanced skills in Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong capability to identify risks and outcomes, and demonstrate agility and expertise in proposing solutions
    • A self-starter attitude, with leadership qualities and a focus on delivering high-quality cross-functional change management.
    • Strong ability to understand the business's strategic direction and translate it into functional and operational change and improvement plans, including communicating needs for changes in scope or re-prioritization
    • Proven ability to effectively organize and execute project plans
    • Advanced project management and system process analysis skills

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$111,400$139,700 USD
