Join our dynamic Growth Marketing team as a Sr. Web Production Manager, where you'll leverage your expertise in web production, project management, web design and digital marketing to drive growth across our website. We're seeking someone with meticulous attention to detail, an eye for web design,and a thorough understanding of modern Content Management Systems. Key Responsibilities

Utilize your deep understanding of web and digital marketing to update content and handle the day-to-day support of ongoing website updates, requests and maintenance, while simultaneously supporting longer-term and more complex website projects.
Ensure that all front end work is implemented in a timely manner, while ensuring a very high-quality look and feel (adhering to corporate branding / style guidelines).
Partner across different functional teams within the Marketing department, including Product Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations etc. to consistently deliver projects.
Drive the execution of website projects across multiple internal and external teams.
Help create and champion end-to-end production process including gathering requirements, stakeholder management, QA, final delivery, and post production monitoring.
Proactively recommend creative solutions, enhancements and uncover opportunities that align to business objectives with technical capabilities.
Document and communicate project status on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones.
Develop and continuously enhance team processes and methodologies by adopting industry best practices and collaborating with other teams to achieve overall and growth-specific OKRs.
Become the go-to stakeholder who deeply understands our site's information architecture, design standards, and CMS functionality -- so you can help others achieve their overall goals.
Work closely with our growth marketing, demand generation, and content teams to support their initiatives.

We’d love to chat if you have:

8+ years of relevant experience/hands on experience with HTML, CSS and familiarity with basic Javascript a plus.
In-depth experience working with content management systems (Drupal, Contentful, Webflow, etc).
Successful track record interfacing and communicating effectively across cross-functional teams (business and technology), with a proven ability to translate business needs into polished Web experiences.
Strong time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail is absolutely critical.
Basic understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices, such as SEO/Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in dealing with people of all levels.
Strong working knowledge of web production, design and engineering release processes, including direct experience with website tools and technology.
Exemplary ability to quickly analyze project requests and to determine technical feasibility, required activities, and the appropriate resources required.
Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels across the organization.
Comfortable using web analytics data and related tools to surface actionable insights in the form of dashboards and reports on website performance

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$114,400—$142,500 USD
