Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are actively seeking an Engineering Manager, Automation to spearhead our initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions throughout our organization. Your expertise in Automation platforms and complimentary technology will be crucial, along with your proven leadership and project management skills to drive automation projects to successful completion. Additionally, you will join our expanding Business Technology team as a dynamic Automation engineering leader. Reporting directly to the head of Business Technology, you will collaborate closely with leadership across business functions and engineering to elevate our existing RPA practices and establish a framework aimed at democratizing automation across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8 RPA engineers to implement automation projects across business functions, focusing on achieving ROI for each initiative.
  • Ensure program deliverables align with governance and change management processes, best practices, and program priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end process review meetings to identify pain points and opportunities for simplification and standardization.
  • Recommend improvements such as business process changes, system configurations, and RPA implementations to address upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Establish a comprehensive testing framework to validate automation solutions.
  • Lead the RPA team in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities, prioritize projects based on business needs and ROI, and integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and workflows.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in automation delivery, with 4+ years specifically in Automation Anywhere RPA platform
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related business applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Ability to articulate and quantify the business value driven by automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable impact.
  • Strong Business & Process Analysis skills, identifying opportunities for improvement to compliment use of technology for a streamlined/optimized process
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI including basic prompt engineering
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and propose innovative process optimizations
  • Experience in Project Management using Agile framework and change management
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is preferred
