We are looking for a strategic and experienced Sync Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sync mid-market expansion efforts and support a critical component of realizing BILL’s strategic goals. In order to be successful in this role you will need a deep understanding of accounting workflows and integration-related challenges, dependencies and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions. You will be responsible for helping define and executing on the strategic vision for sync mid-market expansion for the platform. This role demands strong relationship management skills due to working cross functionally with internal stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive integration strategy for BILL - primarily around mid-market expansion and organization management - aligning with business goals, compliance standards, and user experience principles.
- Drive quick and strong consensus for customer-centric vision and strategy by engaging with internal stakeholders and expressing that strategy through bold product roadmaps, collaborating closely with product leaders and software engineers, and participating in all levels of the execution sequence to deliver key results
- Develop strong value-based metrics and goals that guide the iterative learning and delivery model to validate solutions to the most important customer problems as they evolve over time.
- Champion a user-centric approach to identity management, conducting user research, and utilizing feedback to continuously improve and innovate identity-related features.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- Ideally 8+ years of product management experience, or MBA + 3 years of product management experience, serving products and platforms used by a technical audience; you enjoy operating on quick iteration cycles while working with customers across a multitude of internal organizations with executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on sync integrations, complex accounting workflows, or related areas; experience with ERPs like NetSuite, Intacct, etc is a plus.
- A good balance of technical depth and customer empathy to deliver best in class identity solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
