This position is based at the following locations Draper, UT. We support a hybrid work environment with on-site and remote work days.

We are seeking Business Development Representatives to join our growing Corporate Account Management team. You will qualify leads, build relationships with inactive or dormant customers and generate new opportunities for BILL Corporate Account Managers.

- Responding to outbound, customer marketing-generated leads to setup quality demos and discovery calls for BILL Account Managers
- Making 50+ Outbound phone calls each day
- Leading multiple expansion prospects simultaneously at various stages of the BILL qualification cycle.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of BILL's products and services
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly KPI and Performance metrics (Calls, Meaningful Connections, Opportunities Created, Deals Closed, etc..)
- Ability and willingness to overcome objections and roadblocks, be resilient, adaptable, and effective with communication.
- Manage self-generated CTAs to effectively handle the pipeline and ensure smooth operations.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or inside sales is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
