The Opportunity
Betterworks is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team as we scale our growth, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing. The right candidate will support the rapid innovation and launches of new and enhanced modules as part of our industry-leading performance enablement and talent intelligence solution. This will include supporting major seasonal releases, additional monthly releases, additionally owning market and buyer insights and supporting GTM efforts to drive pipeline.
This is a remote role.
What You'll Be Doing

Go-to-Market - You’ll own the end-to-end GTM for the new product & features launching, from positioning & messaging, to asset creation, GTM launch management and internal enablement. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to help create and test the positioning & messaging for your portfolios.

Customer research - You’ll be the expert in connecting and understanding your core customers. You’ll be someone who regularly connects with users, conducts research and testing, and feeds the insights back to the product and marketing teams.

Market research - You’ll act as the competitive expert for your products and audiences, sharing insights across the company.

Cross-functional champion - You will connect the dots between product, marketing and sales. You’ll have superb stakeholder management and be a world-class communicator to ensure everyone knows what’s launching, when and how it impacts them.

Sales enablement - As the champion for the Betterworks product, you will shape how and what sales/CS says about it. You’ll draw on your research and communication skills to craft training sessions and internal and external assets that communicate the value of our product.
What We Look For
-
5+ years of product marketing experience or other relevant work experience.

Experience collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to deeply understand buyers and users, develop messaging, create content, and develop and deliver on go-to-market plans.

Experience running cross-functional projects and the ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, experience aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals, execution excellence, and deep sense of ownership, balanced with strong creative thinking and copywriting skills.

Direct experience in SaaS for human resources teams is nice, but not necessary. Experience in B2B with business buyers (like marketing, HR, customer success or product vs. Finance or IT) preferred as well.
