As we scale our GTM operations, we are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead our Salesforce architecture, optimize processes, and elevate our CRM user experience across our GTM teams.
About the Remote Role
As the Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will own, architect, and manage our Salesforce instance, ensuring it serves as the backbone of our GTM strategy. You will spearhead a full-scale overhaul of our CRM user experience and workflows, optimizing processes that drive efficiency and revenue growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services, ensuring seamless integrations and streamlined processes. You will also oversee key CRM technology integrations, including Outreach, Gong, Cognism, 6sense, HubSpot, and People.ai, ensuring they work harmoniously with Salesforce. While you won’t necessarily be the primary admin for each of these tools, you will own the vision for how they interact within our Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Own and architect the Salesforce instance to align with business needs and growth objectives.

Lead a CRM user experience and process overhaul, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.

Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and key GTM technologies (Outreach, Cognism, 6sense, HubSpot, People.ai, etc.).

Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services to align Salesforce with GTM strategies.

Develop and enforce best practices, data hygiene, and governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.

Design and implement automations, workflows, and dashboards to improve productivity and visibility across GTM functions.

Provide technical expertise and training to internal stakeholders, ensuring high adoption and utilization.

Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, trends, and emerging technologies, proactively recommending improvements.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or other certifications a plus.

Experience leading Salesforce architecture, process optimization, and user experience overhauls.

Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, especially with Outreach, Cognism, 6sense, HubSpot, and People.ai.

Deep understanding of GTM operations, sales processes, and revenue-focused automation.

Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce with business goals.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical depth and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Apex, Flow, and declarative automation tools is a plus.
