About AudiencePlus®

AudiencePlus is the world’s first AI-powered Audience Marketing platform. We enable marketing teams to launch their own media channel, understand their audience, and leverage first-party intent signals to convert potential buyers.

While today’s digital marketing strategies focus on converting the 5% of a brand's audience in-market for their product category, Audience Marketing helps brands build meaningful relationships with the 95% of their audience paying active attention. We are building the operating system for Audience Marketing that leverages first-party data and AI to drive growth.

Industry-leading companies like Crossbeam, DroneDeploy, Lattice, Qualified, Thermo Fisher Scientific are building tomorrow's pipeline today with AudiencePlus. We raised a $5.4M Seed round of financing in March 2022 led by Emergence Capital with participation from Forum Ventures, Worklife Ventures, GTM Fund, and the CEOs of Gainsight, Guild Education, Redis, and Zoom.

About The Role

We are looking for an operationally-focused product executive to build our practice from the ground up – creating internal and external alignment on product delivery and unblocking execution across engineering, product, and design. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, willing to get their hands dirty, and eventually becoming a talent magnet for scaling teams.

We need a leader to make strategic decisions and can help the executive team figure out what to build out for the next year. They will determine how to work with the other GTM teams and build and strategize the market roadmap. It’s critical that this leader can create tight alignment between the teams, and will report directly to our Founder and CEO – serving on the company’s leadership team.

What You Will Do

  • Drive product strategy, roadmapping, and execution across the organization.
  • Work with the CEO/Head of Engineering to ensure a robust product vision and roadmap is set and adhered to.
  • Think strategically and articulate strategy both internally and externally.
  • Make cross-functional, strategic trade-offs around product planning and prioritization.
  • Develop processes needed to run product development efficiently, prioritize product decisions, and launch products.
  • Integrate design into the fabric of our processes in order to more rapidly learn, prototype, and launch new capabilities.
  • Represent product management at the executive level, building deep relationships across the organization.

Who You Are

The right person is best described as the “Operator” archetype in this Twitter thread by Shreyas Doshi.

  • Incredible operator with keen focus on detail, documentation, and (helpful) process.
  • Have built and consistently run a rigorous product management process to ensure the team is mastering the art of balancing scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Great value-added partner to design and engineering and able to unblock execution.
  • Excellent communicator able to create cross-org alignment on product delivery.
  • Accountable to goals and can set realistic product expectations and overachieve.
  • Customer-obsessed and great at working with GTM to set realistic customer expectations and deliver on commitments.
  • Can spar with engineering on deeply technical concepts such as machine learning, graph theory, and more.
  • Has shown and demonstrated deep understanding and appreciation of design creating real business value.
  • Have seen the delivery of zero to 1 (initial launch, finding PMF) and 1-10 (early-scale) products, responsible for shipping and managing products/businesses >$20M
  • Experience working at high-growth SaaS companies; bonus points for knowledge of CMS, Marketing Automation, or AI platforms.

AudiencePlus Culture

AudiencePlus is a mission-driven company. Our founders started the company with conviction to not just win in business but to do it in a human-first way that prioritizes our teammates, their families, and all other stakeholders including customers, partners, and investors.

To do that, we’ve developed four core values to serve as a tuning fork for how we choose to operate the company:

  • Be Excellent (to Each Other): Use our gifts and talents to create excellent work with high integrity towards all stakeholders.
  • Execute Out Loud: Active feedback loops create collaborative and trusting relationships while providing accountability.
  • Ruthlessly Eliminate Hurry: Work within a rule of life that enhances, rather than distracts, from our time outside of work.
  • Embrace Childlike Joy: Find fulfillment in the journey by chasing sustainable joy over temporary dopamine hits.

We care deeply about diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusiveness regardless of, but not limited to, race, gender, sexual orientation, family status, religion, ethnicity, national origin, physical disability, veteran status, or age.

By joining our team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping that culture, having an opportunity to put your fingerprints on creating a generational company that is transforming the relationship between brands and their communities.
