About AIUC

Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents, e.g. ElevenLabs, UiPath, Intercom. Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives. We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. Our team comes from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Weights & Biases, Perplexity, Thiel Fellowship, etc. Nat Friedman led our $15m seed. Read more here, here, and here.

The role

Our customers are the world’s leading AI agent builders like Elevenlabs, Intercom, UiPath, and many that are not yet announced. However, due to high demand, the waitlist to get AIUC-1 certified is longer than we would like. This is the responsibility of the delivery function at AIUC.

Leading delivery at AIUC means being the primary person for each customer upon contract signature, helping them move from a contract to a 100-page AIUC-1 certification report in hand — the document that tells their enterprise customers and partners that their AI agents are certified safe to deploy.

This means you’ll be leading programmes that move through scoping and kick-off, evidence collection, technical evaluation, audit report, and finally certificate issuance, managing their security and legal team, our GTM & product team, as well as the partnering auditors, usually under short timelines.

No two AI agents are the same. Every process has a different set of AI systems and gaps on what needs to be certified. As you become a product expert of AIUC-1, you’ll have direct input into what gets built next and beyond delivery, you will build the process itself as we are yet to define an established playbook for delivery.

In practice, this means you will:

  • Own the end-to-end certification process with customers, from scoping and kick-off to certificate issuance

  • Project lead and navigate multi-stakeholder environments: customers' CISO, security engineers, legal/compliance, and C-suite, through to external auditors and the internal AIUC team

  • Design and continuously improve the certification delivery process — no established playbook exists yet

  • Be the GTM–product bridge: translate delivery learnings into product input and contribute to the development of the AIUC-1 standard in new domains

What we are looking for

You will work directly with our founding team, senior customer stakeholders and practice leads at the world's most respected audit firms. We are looking for a commercial project leader who is sharp at both ends of the spectrum: setting the direction, holding the detail, and building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.

We think you will be successful if you have:

  • 4–7 years of experience at a top consulting firm in a client-facing project lead role

  • A track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder programmes under pressure

  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate a clear, credible narrative to senior stakeholders

  • Plus: 1–2 years as a deployment strategist/ FDE, strategic accounts, or experience as a founder/other commercially facing role

Compensation & perks

  • Annual salary as above

  • Equity is a significant part of total compensation, in addition to salary

  • Generous health, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation stipend to bring you to SF, if possible

  • A team dedicated to doing our lives’ best work.
